Suka2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the suka2 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and suka2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The suka2 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age verification at any time.
Your use of this platform is also subject to Privacy Policy us, forming part of the overall agreement between you and suka2.

Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the suka2 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in the suspension or closure of your account.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to be suka2 representatives.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. suka2 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain their account security.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a suka2 user, you agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to defraud, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerabilities within the platform's systems
- Use of funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits or conduct transactions
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform through any technical means
- Making false or unsubstantiated claims against the platform, support team, or other users
Suka2 reserves the right to take action, including account suspension or closure, if any of the above rules are violated, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Intellectual Property
All content on the suka2 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the intellectual property of suka2 or third parties licensed to us.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of suka2. Copyright infringement may result in legal action.
MYR Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the suka2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own.
Deposit Terms
A minimum deposit may apply depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits are subject to security verification before being credited to your account. suka2 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any transaction deemed unusual or of high value.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be made to the account or payment method registered under the same user's name. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary depending on your chosen withdrawal method.
Failed or Disputed Transactions
If you encounter any issues with a transaction, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. suka2 will thoroughly investigate all complaints; however, we are not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. Transaction records maintained by the suka2 system shall be considered valid evidence in any dispute.
Liability Limits, Account Policies and Third-Party Links

The suka2 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to any specific user requirements at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, suka2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including any loss of anticipated profits.
Account Suspension and Closure
Suka2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of these terms, fraud or suspicious activity, money laundering, or instructions from relevant authorities.
Any funds held in an account closed for legitimate reasons will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures. Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations may be subject to a fund freeze pending the outcome of an investigation.
Third-Party Links
The suka2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. suka2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. You access those links entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Suka2 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notices. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate resolution forum.
